North American Adult Educators: Phyllis M. Cunningham Archive of Quintessential Autobiographies of the Twenty-First Century

This inspired text contains the autobiographies of fifty highly acclaimed adult educators largely from the U.S. and Canada, talking about the forces that brought them and held them in the area of Adult Education. (These quintessential writers were unanimously selected by leaders in adult education as they displayed tendencies to participate in extracurricular projects, without knowing the exact outcome, for the sake of education or expanding knowledge.)

North American Adult Educators

Collectively, these memoirs exemplify the potency of community activism and partnership. As life is at least a journey through lessons over time, contributors' entries in this book are also a historical record that reveals the connections of their socially conscious "talk" to their "walk" among the students, communities, and programs to which they have given so greatly. Tribute by Dr. Ronald M. Cervero and Dr. Sharan B. Merriam.
